Breakfast

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana

1/4 cup muesli

1 tablespoon sliced almonds

 

Lunch

1 English Muffin

1/2 cup refried beans

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 slice pepper jack cheese

Dinner

1 egg

1 cup frozen spinach

1 spinach cake

1 slice pepper jack cheese

1/4 cup onions

1/4 cup peppers

1/2 cup potatoes

Snacks

cheesestick

pear
